Responsibilities

• Oversee all building maintenance operations to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff.
• Develop and perform preventive maintenance on building systems, manage work orders, and troubleshoot/repair equipment.
• Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff, manage vendor contracts, and coordinate inspections.
• Maintain and monitor HVAC, electrical, emergency systems, elevators, and landscaping.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies, support budget planning and compliance, and contribute to strategic planning for facility improvements and renovations.
