Job summary

The Auberge at North Ogden, operated by CIMA Senior Living, is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead all building maintenance operations in a senior living community. The role includes preventive maintenance, vendor management, and supervising maintenance staff to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $24.50, a full-time schedule, and after-hours emergency support.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of prior maintenance experience.
• Advanced training in electrical, mechanical, and technical building systems.
• Physical ability to perform manual work.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all building maintenance operations to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff.
• Develop and perform preventive maintenance on building systems, manage work orders, and troubleshoot/repair equipment.
• Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff, manage vendor contracts, and coordinate inspections.
• Maintain and monitor HVAC, electrical, emergency systems, elevators, and landscaping.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies, support budget planning and compliance, and contribute to strategic planning for facility improvements and renovations.
