Job summary

The Auberge at North Ogden in Ogden, UT is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead all building maintenance operations for a senior living community. You will ensure a safe, functional environment for residents and staff while coordinating preventive maintenance and vendor contracts.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience, advanced training in building systems, and the ability to manage after-hours emergencies, budgets, and renovations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of prior experience in a similar maintenance position.
• Advanced training in electrical, mechanical, and technical building systems and equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all building maintenance operations to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff.
• Develop and perform preventive maintenance on building systems, manage work orders, and troubleshoot/repair equipment.
• Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff, manage vendor contracts, and coordinate inspections.
• Maintain and monitor HVAC, electrical, emergency systems, elevators, and landscaping.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies, support budget planning and compliance, and contribute to strategic planning for facility improvements and renovations.
