Job summary

The Auberge at North Ogden, operated by CIMA Senior Living, is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee all building operations. This full-time, on-site role offers $24.50 per hour based on experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call responsibilities for emergencies.

Responsibilities include leading maintenance staff, managing preventive maintenance, and coordinating vendor contracts to keep facilities safe and well‑maintained for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior experience in a maintenance/ facilities role.
• Advanced training in electrical, mechanical, and building systems is preferred.
• Physical ability to perform manual work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all building maintenance operations for a safe, functional living environment for residents and staff.
• Develop and perform preventive maintenance on building systems, manage work orders, and troubleshoot/repair equipment.
• Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff, manage vendor contracts, and coordinate inspections.
• Maintain and monitor HVAC, electrical, emergency systems, elevators, and landscaping.
• Handle after-hours emergencies, assist with budget planning and compliance, and contribute to facility improvement planning.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all building maintenance operations to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff
