Job summary

Trustwell Living at River Run Place is seeking a Maintenance professional to lead all upkeep operations across our community. You will troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances, guiding licensed workers as needed, and prepare apartments for new residents with painting and cleaning tasks.

Daily site walkthroughs, budgeting, and inventory management are part of the role. Prior senior living or hospitality maintenance experience is preferred, with OSHA/Life Safety knowledge and a

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a senior living or similar setting.
• Familiarity with OSHA, Life Safety Code, and assisted living regulations (or willingness to learn).
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and operate tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance operations to keep environments safe and well-maintained.
• Troubleshoot/repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances; oversee licensed pros.
• Prepare apartments for new residents (painting, carpet cleaning).
• Conduct daily property walkthroughs and maintain records/budgets.
• Partner with vendors to obtain bids, manage projects, and ensure quality work.
