Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the community's physical plant, equipment, and grounds, ensuring accurate maintenance records and regulatory compliance. The role involves coordinating with executives and vendors, performing routine repairs, and supporting resident comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include daily maintenance tasks, preparing units for new residents, conducting inspections, and managing maintenance budgets and safety plans.

Qualifications

• Two years of related maintenance experience and some formal training in Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting, HVAC, refurbishing, and cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance daily, including replacing light bulbs and repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC and appliances or supervising licensed contractors when required.
• Prepare resident apartments for new occupants by painting, shampooing carpets, and other maintenance tasks.
• Conduct daily inspections of the building interior, exterior, and grounds.
• Keep accurate maintenance records of work, inventory, and purchasing; may buy maintenance supplies, tools, and appliances.
