Qualifications

• Previous experience of at least 1 year in general maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in the state.
• Willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Director in identifying needed repairs.
• Complete work orders from residents and staff.
• Assist with preventative maintenance to avoid costly repairs.
• Complete special projects as directed.
