Job summary

Riverwalk Village and American Senior Communities LLC are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Supervisor in keeping the community's physical plant and grounds safe, attractive and comfortable for residents, staff and visitors.

The role emphasizes CARE values—Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence—and includes on-call every-other weekend with opportunities for mentorship and growth through partnerships with local colleges and the broader American Senior

Qualifications

• Demonstrates CARE values to residents, family, customers and staff (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence).
• Prior maintenance experience preferred (drywall, plumbing, painting).
• Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful.
• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
