Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a Maintenance Assistant in Noblesville, IN to support the Maintenance Supervisor in caring for the community’s physical plant and grounds. You will help maintain a safe, attractive living environment for residents, staff and the public on a day shift with occasional weekend on-call.

Knowledge of drywall, plumbing, painting and basic electrical/heating/cooling is helpful. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1–3 months of related experience or training

  • Prior maintenance experience preferred - drywall, plumbing, painting

  • Perform maintenance tasks as directed and coordinate with team to complete projects
  • Support on-call schedule, weekends rotation as required

Day Shift, On-Call Every Other Weekend

The Maintenance Assistant assists the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community’s physical plant and grounds ensuring a safe, attractive and enjoyable living environment for our residents, staff and the public.

Skills Needed:

Requirements:

  • Prior maintenance experience preferred - drywall, plumbing, painting.
