You will assist with routine maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry, conduct inspections, and respond to work orders while ensuring safety and resident comfort. Flexible hours and on-call availability are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience as Maintenance Assistant.
• Experience in general maintenance or facilities management.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks across building systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and address issues promptly.
• Ensure safety regulations and facility policies are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas.
• Respond to work orders and maintenance requests.
• Assist in setting up rooms or equipment for events or resident needs.
• Support snow removal, landscaping, and seasonal tasks.
