Dial Senior Living in Illinois is seeking a PRN, part-time LPN to administer medications and provide compassionate care to residents in the evening and night shifts. You will work closely with a team to maintain high standards of safety and comfort.

This role requires an active LPN license and experience in medication administration and elder care. You will document resident information, assist with daily living activities, and respond to emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state where working.
• Experience in medication administration.
• Basic First Aid Training.
• Experience working with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and on time per plan.
• Document medications and omissions per policies and procedures.
• Monitor health, safety and well-being of residents.
• Record changes in residents' status and vitals.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Ensure safety and confidentiality; attend meetings.
