Job summary

Dial is seeking an LPN to administer medications to residents in accordance with state regulations while providing personal care and support. The role includes documenting medications, monitoring residents, and reporting changes to supervisors.

You will assist with daily living activities and participate in safety and wellness initiatives within a compassionate, home‑like setting. The position is PRN, part‑time with evening and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Active LPN licensed in the state where working.
• Experience in medication administration.
• Basic First Aid Training.
• Experience in working with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and at appropriate times according to physician and resident service plan.
• Document medications administered and those not given according to regulations and policies and procedures.
• Monitor health, safety and well‑being of residents.
• Document changes in resident status, needs, appointments, vitals, etc.
• Complete incident reports and documentation on resident records.
• Respond to resident emergencies and arrange for medical attention/follow‑up.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain a safe, home‑like environment and promote socialization.
• Attend staff meetings and in‑services.
