Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state where working.
• Experience in medication administration.
• Basic First Aid Training.
• Experience in working with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately according to physician and resident service plan.
• Document medications administered and omissions per regulations and procedures.
• Monitor health, safety and well‑being of residents.
• Document changes in residents' status, appointments, vitals, and needs.
• Attend scheduled staff meetings and training sessions.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, personal hygiene, mobility).
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information.
