Job summary

Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a PRN Licensed Nurse Supervisor to oversee daily resident care in our Illinois facility. The role requires current licensure and prior supervisory experience, with responsibilities spanning care monitoring, documentation, and coordination with families and physicians.

Qualifications

• Current state LPN/LVN or RN license as required by state.
• Previous experience working with the elderly in a healthcare setting.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff.
• Ability to represent the facility in a positive and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the daily care of all residents.
• Performs skilled nursing tasks per policy and state law.
• Documents observations and ensures follow-up documentation.
• Communicates resident needs to family and physicians.
• Records and implements physician orders.
• Ensures medication cart and records are orderly and accurate.
• Provides status reports to oncoming staff.
• Manages shift coverage and staffing duties.
