Qualifikationen

• Experience managing LIHTC properties in Washington, DC preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

• Develops and executes strategies to maintain strong occupancy levels.
• Oversees waitlist management in accordance with LIHTC and Fair Housing requirements.
• Monitors unit turnover timelines and coordinates vacancy readiness.
• Oversees income certifications and recertifications to ensure compliance with IRS Section 42 and applicable regulations.
• Reviews and approves applicant files prior to final certification.
• Ensures rent limits, income limits, and utility allowances are properly applied.
• Maintains audit readiness and supports internal and external compliance reviews.
• Administrative file preparation and documentation task.
• Provides coaching, quality control review, and performance feedback.
• Ensures accurate data entry and compliance tracking within property management systems (e.g., OneSite RealPage).
• Generates and reviews compliance and occupancy reporting.
• Provides professional guidance to residents and applicants regarding eligibility and lease requirements.
• Resolves escalated concerns related to leasing or compliance matters.
