Job summary

Foundry Commercial is seeking a Lifestyle Director to lead the Lifestyle department and develop a diverse, engaging, full-time social and activity program for residents and their families. The role requires energy, creativity, and a passion for creating memories across social, recreational, physical, educational, and spiritual activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21+.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR; driving is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop an annual activity plan aligned with Company goals.
• Oversee Lifestyle department administration and reporting.
• Schedule Driver and Lifestyle Assistant within budget; manage day/evening/weekend activities.
• Create and manage resident transportation schedules and vehicles per policy.
• Create and manage the activity budget within approved guidelines.
• Establish a full-time activity program seven days a week.
• Other duties as assigned per full job description.
