Resort Lifestyle Communities seeks a Lifestyle Director to shape a vibrant community culture and enhance residents’ quality of life through social, educational, and wellness programs. You’ll foster relationships, manage calendars, and lead a diverse activity schedule while reporting to Community Managers.

The role emphasizes budget oversight, independent collaboration, and a passion for serving seniors within a resort-style setting.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience and leadership or community management skills.
• Experience coordinating events, wellness programs, or fitness activities.
• Comfort with driving a shuttle and handling budget-related tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, implement, and refine inclusive community events and activities.
• Design and deliver lifestyle, wellness, and fitness programming.
• Develop and manage the annual budget for lifestyle programming.
• Create monthly calendars and marketing materials using online tools.
• Schedule and prepare community facilities for events.
