Legend Senior Living in Tulsa, OK seeks a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to plan and execute engaging resident activities. You will coordinate calendars, budgets, and partnerships with outside organizations while ensuring activities meet residents' needs and preferences.

Qualifikationen

• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Age 25 or older to meet company insurance requirements.
• Clean driving record to meet company insurance requirements.
• Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles.
• Prefer: Experience with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, demonstrated creative skills.
• Individual is required to perform standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout their shift.

Aufgaben

• Assisting with the planning and implementation of resident activities, to include calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup.
• Helping to ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents.
• Being willing to provide oversight of a specific life enrichment component (e.g. Memory Care, specific activity, etc.) as assigned.
• Coordinating the transportation of residents to and from outside events to include driving company vehicle when needed.
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
