Legend Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to join our Life Enrichment team. You will plan and execute engaging activities that enhance residents’ quality of life and social interaction.

You will coordinate calendars, budgeting and transportation, ensuring programs meet individual needs while working closely with residents and staff. Evening and weekend shifts may be required. You will also assist with driving as needed and maintain safety protocols.

Qualifikationen

• Current, valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience with event planning or lesson planning is preferred.
• Creative skills to design engaging activities for residents.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.

Aufgaben

• Assist with planning and implementation of resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup.
• Help ensure activities meet residents' needs and preferences.
• Oversee a specific life enrichment component as assigned (e.g. Memory Care or a particular activity).
• Coordinate transportation of residents to outside events and may drive company vehicle as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
