Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities to meet residents' needs for groups and individuals.
• Maintain documentation as required by State and Federal regulations.
• Input on Minimum Data Set and participation in plan of care updates.
• Coordinate recruitment and involvement of volunteers with residents.
• Coordinate community involvement in the Community.
• Plan staff functions to increase staff morale.
• Monitor compliance to State and Federal regulations including safety and infection control.
• Help coordinate restorative programs that enhance residents' well-being.
