The role reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing and requires strong customer service skills and attention to detail.

• Conduct community outreach and represent the property to potential residents.
• Manage tours, follow up with prospects, and close leases.
• Maintain records in property management software and ensure Fair Housing compliance.
