The Arbor Company is opening Arbor Terrace Montgomery in late 2026 and seeks a Community Sales Director to build relationships with prospective residents, their families, and referral sources. You will lead all phases of sales and marketing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

You will plan market activities, manage events, and contribute to leadership with a compassionate, results-driven approach. Strong communication and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Two years minimum of sales and marketing leadership experience in the senior care industry.
• Experience in a lease-up community preferred.
• Proven track record of event planning, referral source development, and successful sales processes.
• Engaging verbal and written communication style.
• Proficient computer skills, experience with CRM systems.
