Qualifications

• Minimum two years of sales and marketing leadership in the senior care industry.
• Experience in a lease up community preferred.
• Proven track record of event planning and referral source development.
• Engaging verbal and written communication style.
• Proficient computer skills, experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships—with adult children of prospective residents, with seniors, and with referral sources.
• Lead all phases of the sales and marketing process to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct market planning blending external business development and community events.
• Play a key role in the community’s leadership team.
