The Arbor Terrace Frisco is hiring a Community Sales Director to lead the sales and marketing efforts, cultivating relationships with prospective residents and their families to drive occupancy and revenue. You will guide the team through a disciplined sales process and work with referral sources to build a strong pipeline.

As department head, you’ll develop market plans, manage events, and contribute to the community’s leadership team.

Competenze

• A minimum of two years of sales and marketing leadership in senior care preferred.
• Experience in a lease-up community preferred.
• Proven track record of event planning and referral development.
• Engaging verbal and written communication style; proficient computer skills.
