Job summary

Holbrook Life Management- Sugar is seeking a Kitchen Manager EL/IL to lead daily Enriched Living and Inspired Living culinary operations in a senior living dining environment. You will ensure safe, resident-centered production, diet communication, and sanitation compliance while supervising the culinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary or dietary management education preferred.
• ServSafe certification required or ability to obtain within required timeframe.
• Knowledge of resident diets, texture-modified foods, allergens, sanitation, infection control, and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead EL/IL kitchen operations including meal production and service.
• Ensure meals meet menus, resident preferences, diet needs and physician orders.
• Monitor flavor, temperature, portioning, tray accuracy, and timely service.
