Qualifications

• High school diploma required; culinary degree preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Good communication and work ethic.
• Knowledge of food prep and health and safety standards.
• Ability to follow directions and work in a team.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items across appetizers, entrées, sides, and desserts.
• Set up designated station per guidelines (sauté, grill, broil, fry, pantry, production, or prep).
• Follow standardized recipes, portion controls, plating specs, and menu guidelines.
• Prepare food with proper techniques, seasoning, and presentation to meet standards.
• Ensure meals align with resident diets, textures, allergies, and service timelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and comply with food safety regulations.
• Assist with daily prep, batch cooking, and service to ensure timely meals.
• Communicate with culinary leadership and dining team to support operations.
