Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of institutional or full-service restaurant cooking experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Keep food handlers permit and other state-required certifications current.

Responsibilities

• Review menus and Daily Food Production Records.
• Prepare meals that meet menus, recipes, and physician orders.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and portion control policies.
• Ensure supplies are available and supervise serving carts in the absence of management.
• Clean kitchen areas after meals and follow cleaning schedule.
• Attend onboarding and training as requested.
