Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support kitchen operations and ensure all dishware and equipment meet safety standards. You’ll set up, operate, clean, and sanitize station areas, while contributing to a safe, organized kitchen that enhances resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience with dishwashing and sanitation practices.
• Ability to operate dish machines per instructions.
• Maintain clean, sanitized work areas in kitchen.
• Keep accurate sanitation logs where required.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations.
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
• Support dining service duties as assigned.
