Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support kitchen operations and ensure cleanliness and safety in our senior living dining environment. You will maintain dishwashing stations, operate machines, and help with cleaning tasks to sustain high standards of sanitation and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Dishwashing experience preferred
• Knowledge of sanitation practices a plus
• Ability to follow safety regulations

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing stations
• Operate dish machines as directed
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware
• Maintain temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors and prep areas
• Label and rotate supplies
• Follow safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as needed
