Responsibilities include setting up dishwashing stations, operating dish machines, washing and sanitizing items, and maintaining logs. Join a team focused on resident well-being and safe, high-quality meals.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing stations
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned
