Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations by maintaining clean, sanitized work areas and ensuring all dishware, cookware, and equipment meet food safety standards. You will set up dishwashing stations, operate dish machines, and ensure proper sanitation throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include cleaning dishes, maintaining logs, and assisting with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies while following OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Maintains clean, sanitized work areas and equipment.
• Follows OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
• Supports dining service and kitchen operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations.
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.
