Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to support the kitchen operations and ensure clean, safe dining environments for residents. You will maintain dishwashing stations, sanitize wares, and assist with general kitchen duties to support high-quality meal service.

Responsibilities include operating dish machines, maintaining logs, and adhering to OSHA and food safety standards. This role offers benefits and opportunities in senior living dining.

Qualificações

• Experience in food service or dishwashing is a plus.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations.
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
• Support dining service duties as assigned.
