Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a motivated Dishwasher to support kitchen operations and maintain clean, sanitized areas in a senior living environment. You will ensure all dishware, cookware, and equipment meet food safety standards while contributing to a safe, organized kitchen that supports quality meal services for residents.

You will work closely with the dining team, follow OSHA and safety regulations, and participate in daily and weekly cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing experience preferred
• Ability to follow food-safety standards
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing stations
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
• Maintain temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned
