Fleet Landing in Atlantic Beach is seeking a Cook for Health Services to support meal preparation in a fast-paced, institutional kitchen. You will coordinate meal production with fellow culinarians to ensure high-quality, safe, and properly portioned meals for Residents.

Qualified candidates have strong cooking experience in an institutional or restaurant setting, good English communication, and the ability to follow menus and dietary requirements.

Qualifikationen

• High school education preferred and ability to read, write, speak English, follow directions.
• Technical or vocation training in Food Service is preferred.
• One year cooking experience in an institutional or restaurant setting is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Prepares quality food in accordance with state and federal regulations and Fleet Landing procedures.
• Prepares meals according to planned menus and adheres to temperature standards.
• Serves food in accordance with therapeutic diet regulations and standardized recipes.
• Completes daily cleaning duties in line with policies and procedures.
