Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler Card and kitchen sanitation knowledge.
• 1+ year in full-service kitchen, ability to cook from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals following menus and dietary guidelines.
• Set up, operate, and break down kitchen stations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all stations.
• Collaborate with dining services to ensure timely service.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Assist with kitchen operations as needed.
