Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• NCIDQ Certification required.
• 8+ years of professional interior design experience with increasing responsibility.
• Senior living experience preferred; other project types considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop thoughtful, creative design solutions aligned with client goals and budgets.
• Independently execute interior design work through multiple project phases.
• Participate in programming, space planning, DD, CD, and CA.
• Lead/coordinate finishes, materials, FF&E documentation and specs.
• Prepare drawings, finish schedules, and presentations.
• Support FF&E procurement, installation, and coordination as required.
