Job summary

SAA interiors + architecture seeks a Senior Designer to lead interior design teams from programming through construction documentation on varied projects. You will mentor junior designers and collaborate with Design Leads to ensure success on large-scale assignments.

You will manage client relationships, develop project objectives, and oversee FF&E, finishes, and lighting selections while coordinating with external consultants and fabricators to realize design intent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 5–8 years at an architecture or design studio.
• NCIDQ/CID/FitWel/LEED preferred or within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from programming to documentation.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate FF&E, finishes, materials and lighting selections.
