Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 8+ years of professional interior design experience with progressive responsibility.
• NCIDQ Certification required.
• Senior living design experience strongly preferred; other complex project experience considered.
• Ability to independently develop and execute design work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop thoughtful design solutions responding to client goals, program requirements, budgets, schedules, and overall project vision.
• Independently develop interior design work through multiple project phases with minimal supervision.
• Lead programming, space planning, conceptual and schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate FF&E, finishes, materials, and documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams; participate in client meetings, site visits, and reviews.
