Qualifications

• Minimum of 10-12 years’ experience leading interior design projects.
• Proven track record managing Senior Living, Multi-Family, Active Adult and Hospitality projects.
• Strong time management, client communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with proposals, contracts, invoicing and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2-4 person design teams from kickoff to delivery.
• Schedule, prioritize workload, and report project status.
• Direct contract negotiation, distribution, and follow-up.
• Oversee design services, quality control, and client communications.
• Mentor team members and participate in reviews.
• Develop client relationships and assist in business development.
