Job summary

MA Design seeks a Project Manager for its Senior Living / Affordable Housing studio to lead architecture projects from inception to completion, guiding production teams and coordinating with clients and consultants.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Architecture (M. Arch preferred), 8+ years in practice, and strong Revit skills, with knowledge of Adobe CC and MS Office. Join MA Design to shape impactful, life-enhancing spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; 8+ years in architecture
• M. Arch and architectural licensure preferred
• Proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of construction materials and sustainable solutions
• Understand architectural contracts and internal project budgets
• Understanding of building codes and good communication/coordination skills
• Familiarity with MA's QA/QC process and internal standards

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle and lead production team through architectural process from schematic design to closeout
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scope; serve as primary client liaison
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and in-house teams
• Produce construction documents from schematic design through construction administration
• Schedule production activities and staffing per project hours
• Perform QA/QC reviews of drawings, specifications, and other docs
• Attend and/or lead construction job site meetings
• Other duties as assigned
