Job summary

MA Design is seeking a Project Manager for our Senior Living / Affordable Housing studio. You will oversee architecture projects from inception to completion, guided by a Sr. PM/PA or Studio Lead.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, and teams, coordinating with clients and consultants, and participating in construction documentation and QA/QC processes. Strong design leadership and industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field; 8+ years experience in architecture firm.
• M. Arch and architectural licensure are preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership for diverse project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle from concept through construction administration.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scope; serve as primary client liaison.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and in-house teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Produce construction documents and lead QA/QC review before issuance.
• Schedule production activities and staffing to align with project hours.
