The Pines at Davidson Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician/HVAC to maintain, repair, and optimize all HVAC systems across our 50-acre campus. You will join a collaborative maintenance team supporting electrical, pool, and general facilities to ensure resident comfort and safety.

Preferred candidates have 5+ years HVAC experience or completed HVAC vocational training, EPA Refrigerant Certification, and the ability to coordinate with outside vendors. Pool operator license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years HVAC experience or completed HVAC vocational training.
• EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
• Physical stamina including lifting up to 50 pounds and ladder work.
• Ability to coordinate work with outside HVAC or pool vendors.

Responsabilités

• Maintain, repair, and schedule preventive maintenance on all HVAC systems and equipment.
• Supervise HVAC work done by outside vendors.
• Order, inventory, and keep records of HVAC equipment and repairs.
• Keep pool equipment and operations maintained to the highest standards.
• Maintain records of pool operation and keep pool inspection permits current.
• Respond to emergency alarms and assist Facilities Management as needed.
