• Prepares and monitors work schedules and attendance for staff.
• Hires, supervises and disciplines department staff; conducts performance evaluations.
• Provides orientation and ongoing training for housekeeping staff.
• Maintains supplies, equipment, and PPE, including chemical handling and SDS access.
• Communicates across departments and with residents and leadership.
