Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate.
• Must be able to write and read with clarity sufficient to follow instructions.
• Must follow cleaning schedules, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow cleaning guidelines and proper product usage as trained and perform regular or deep cleaning.
• Clean assigned common spaces daily and clean apartments per Standard Weekly/Annual Standard Service listing.
• Empty trash, dust, mop, vacuum, clean bathrooms, and change bed linen as required.
• Clean bedrooms, living room, blinds, windows, baseboards and ceiling fans.
• Wear PPE and wash hands between units; stock soap and paper products.
• Clean housekeeping cart, manage linen changes, and perform other duties as assigned.
