Liberty Senior Living in Cary, NC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily cleaning operations in accordance with regulations and facility policies. This full-time day shift role emphasizes team leadership and quality in resident areas.

Responsibilities include scheduling, staff training, performance evaluations, inventory, safety, infection control, and collaboration with other departments. Prior supervisory experience in healthcare housekeeping preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Directs, coordinates and supervises housekeeping services in accordance with regulations and facility policies.
• Sets tone for the Housekeeping Department.
• Audits areas for cleanliness and attractiveness.
• Prepares work schedules and monitors staffing, overtime and PTO.
• Provides training and orientation for housekeeping staff.
• Maintains supplies and equipment; ensures PPE and chemical handling compliance.
• Produces daily and weekly performance reports.
