• Directs, coordinates and supervises housekeeping services in accordance with regulations and facility policies.
• Sets tone for the Housekeeping Department.
• Audits areas for cleanliness and attractiveness.
• Prepares work schedules and monitors staffing, overtime and PTO.
• Provides training and orientation for housekeeping staff.
• Maintains supplies and equipment; ensures PPE and chemical handling compliance.
• Produces daily and weekly performance reports.
