Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to work well with elderly residents and support their needs.
• Willingness to pass background checks and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, public areas, common areas and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with colleagues.
