Job summary

Oakmont Management Group’s Ivy Living community in Denver, Colorado, is hiring a Housekeeper to clean resident apartments, public areas, and staff areas, and to perform laundry for residents and the community.

Shifts are 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, 8:30am–5:00pm, at a pay rate of $19.29 per hour. The role supports a compassionate, safe living environment for residents through teamwork and respect.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly.
• Ability to interact with staff, physicians, residents and families.
• Background check and health screening required.
• Vaccination/PPE per regulatory guidelines may be required.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with staff.
