Job summary

Arvum Senior Living, LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness in apartment homes, common areas, and dedicated spaces across our Spartan facilities in Illinois. The role involves routine cleaning, laundry duties, and adherence to safety standards to support residents’ comfort and wellbeing.

Prior housekeeping experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is suggested. This on-site position requires teamwork, reliability, and a respectful approach to residents

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Must demonstrate interest in working with a senior population.
• Regularly stand, walk, use hands, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning duties daily, weekly, and monthly in apartment homes, common areas, lounges and offices.
• Cleans, sanitizes and polishes fixtures; stocks dispensers as necessary.
• Cleans and maintains laundry areas and distributes community laundry.
• Maintains cleaning equipment and ensures cords and hazards are cleared from exits.
