Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning duties according to schedule in apartment homes, common areas, lounges and offices.
• Cleans, sanitizes and polishes fixtures; stocks dispensers as necessary.
• Maintains equipment and materials in a clean, orderly condition.
• Collects trash and maintains community laundry.
• Ensures safety and reports needed repairs.
