Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and homelike surroundings for residents, staff, and guests. The role follows facility policies and federal/state regulations to support quality of life.

The position emphasizes meticulous cleaning, safety, and respectful interactions with residents while complying with safety policies and PPE requirements. Training and ongoing education are provided as part of a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare environmental services preferred.
• Friendly attitude and excellent communication required.
• Ability to communicate well in written and oral forms within a care setting.

Responsibilities

• Cleans resident rooms, bathrooms and common areas daily per procedures.
• Cleans walls, ceilings, windows, mirrors and waxed floors per schedules.
• Secures housekeeping supplies to prevent access by residents.
• Disposes of trash and waste following facility policies.
• Post safety hazard signs when hazards exist and coordinate with staff as needed.
• Use PPE as required and follow chemical handling instructions.
